This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage several simultaneous configuration management projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Create project plans that encompass timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management, Infrastructure, Security, Application, and business stakeholder teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for configuration management activities and projects.
• Deliver executive-level status updates on progress, resources, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Promote communication and alignment among global teams.
• Recognize process enhancements and apply best practices for deployment, maintenance, and configuration workflows.
• Hold project status meetings, keep documentation updated, and oversee change control.
• Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Engage in a follow-the-sun global support model for critical escalations and milestone achievements.
• Guide team members in project management and configuration management methodologies.
• Draft project charters, deployment plans, status reports, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
• Work in collaboration on infrastructure projects, application deployments, and technology lifecycle initiatives.
• Embed application health monitoring and system maintenance within project planning.
• Utilize ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other generative AI tools to expedite planning, analyze data, identify risks, and draft communications for stakeholders.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing infrastructure, configuration management, or application deployment projects.
• Proven ability to deliver intricate, multi-team projects on schedule and within budget in enterprise settings.
• Strong grasp of application lifecycle management, software deployment procedures, and endpoint configuration management.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI dashboards, and other analytics tools.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional global teams.
• Strong skills in prioritization, planning, and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including executive-level presentation and reporting skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills in navigating complex technical and organizational challenges.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms, especially ServiceNow, is preferred.
• Knowledge of SCCM/MCM, Intune, Active Directory, JAMF, or other similar endpoint management and deployment tools is preferred.
• Understanding of application packaging, deployment methodologies, and best practices in configuration management is preferred.
• Experience in managing large-scale software deployments in environments with over 50,000 endpoints is preferred.
• Background working with distributed, global teams across various time zones is preferred.
• Experience in presenting to and collaborating with Executive Leadership and business stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience with system health monitoring, compliance reporting, and tracking operational metrics is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for project management, automation, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
