This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the technical program management function at Prenuvo.

• Define the operational model for TPM across Product & Technology.

• Implement scalable practices for program planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive visibility.

• Develop metrics to assess program health, technical readiness, and launch preparedness.

• Lead intricate, high-priority cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and various business functions.

• Create comprehensive program plans that address milestones, dependencies, sequencing, resource limitations, decisions, and critical paths.

• Utilize technical judgment to challenge assumptions, reveal dependencies, and identify potential risks.

• Facilitate resolution of cross-team obstacles and ensure timely decision-making.

• Set launch-readiness expectations across technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, support, and go-to-market teams.

• Provide visibility to Product & Technology leadership regarding portfolio health, trade-offs, constraints, and imminent decisions.

• Recruit, nurture, and mentor a high-performance TPM team.

• Immediately prioritize patient retention and longitudinal care initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, product development, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, specifically in developing TPMs or other technical program leaders.

• Proven experience in building or significantly evolving program-management practices within a growing technology organization.

• History of leading large, technically complex initiatives that involve multiple engineering and product teams.

• Strong technical fluency, encompassing architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, technical limitations, and engineering trade-offs.

• Proficient in dependency management, risk management, technical planning, and launch readiness.

• Ability to transform ambiguity into structured processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Excellent executive communication skills and sound judgment regarding escalation.

• Experience in influencing leaders and teams without depending solely on formal authority.

• Comfortable functioning as both a senior leader and a hands-on program owner.

• Preferred experience in healthcare, health technology, regulated technology, or another complex environment.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, current or future.

• Successful candidates must undergo a background check.
