This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead the strategy for products or portfolios, aligning objectives with the overarching company strategy.
• Define a long-term vision for the structure of product or portfolio brands within the business segment.
• Set the course for marketing campaigns that are specific to products.
• Anticipate industry trends and market developments that are pertinent to business analytics.
• Assess the current and potential competitive landscape and strategies of the organization.
• Analyze the effects of marketing strategies on the profit and loss statements.
• Formulate organizational direction and best practices for both current and future sales channel strategies.
• Spearhead business development initiatives.
• Advocate for necessary changes in technology, organization, and culture to meet business demands.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration across various businesses and divisions, managing change effectively.
• Promote emerging business opportunities across multiple sectors and regions.
• Oversee, recruit, mentor, develop, advise, and assess a team of professionals.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages high performance, personal growth, and development.
• Determine and execute actions needed to achieve business outcomes.
• Inspire trust and foster a following.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills are necessary.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Capability to manage several projects simultaneously while adhering to established timelines.
• Ability to influence others without formal organizational authority.
• Must be adept at navigating complex interdivisional processes and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.
• An MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in the medical device or marketing field is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in people management is preferred.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
