This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Create and implement strategies for enterprise supply chain transformation.
• Convert business strategy into scalable supply chain capabilities, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in areas such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier operations.
• Optimize inventory investment while ensuring or enhancing customer service performance.
• Promote continuous improvement by removing supply chain bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process variations.
• Oversee the design, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancement of planning solutions.
• Develop and execute artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation capabilities, including Agentic Supply Planning Orchestration.
• Establish frameworks for performance management, data governance standards, and analytics-driven processes.
• Collaborate with teams in Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Information Technology.
• Foster strategic relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Lead initiatives for organizational change.
• Spearhead business impact initiatives and implement AI platforms such as Palantir, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Build, develop, and manage a high-performing transformation team.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive supply chain experience with a proven track record in strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation.
• Experience in leading large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Recognized thought leader in the supply chain industry.
• Experience in implementing advanced planning, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital supply chain solutions.
• Strong leadership skills in program and change management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex organizational settings.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging leaders at all organizational levels.
• Experience thriving in fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple priorities.
• Candidates must reside in Omaha, NE, Chicago, IL, or in a remote location east of Denver, CO, and within 50 miles of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
