Director, Strategy & Insights – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of insight development from inception through to delivery at the executive level for clients.

• Create presentations, targeting strategies, and frameworks for insights.

• Convert scientific, behavioral, and market dynamics into points of view and actionable plans that guide client commercial decisions.

• Act as the primary insights leader for significant biopharma client projects.

• Collaborate with VP and C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies.

• Work across various therapeutic areas and drug modalities, encompassing clinical trial recruitment, disease state education, precision marketing, and healthcare professional segmentation.

• Identify opportunities for insights and potential gaps for clients.

• Proactively present strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, and Product teams to integrate insights into client relationships and the Vi platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive scientific knowledge across various disease states, mechanisms of action, and clinical data.

• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of how insights influence go-to-market strategies, healthcare professional targeting, and patient engagement approaches.

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including strategy consulting, insights, medical communications, or agency work.

• Proven ability to independently manage client-facing projects.

• Practical experience with claims data, intent data, primary market research, and competitive intelligence across diverse therapeutic areas.

• Established history of overseeing projects from start to finish, including the development, delivery, and refinement of the final product.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple projects swiftly.
