This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a business or functional leader to execute strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and organizational goals.

• Act as a trusted advisor and key coordinator among teams.

• Align objectives, oversee critical initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective communication and execution.

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business priorities and organizational programs.

• Promote operational excellence throughout the function.

• Aid in strategy execution and operational management.

• Lead departmental or functional initiatives.

• Facilitate leadership operating rhythms and cross-functional collaboration.

• Serve as an advisor and business partner to a VP or senior leader.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Established capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Effective relationship-building and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.

• Experience in developing executive presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications.

• Self-motivated with the ability to foresee needs, exercise sound judgment, and independently drive results.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and reporting/analytics platforms.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Finance, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
