This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet sales objectives and achieve targeted goals.
• Formulate strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's objectives.
• Market and sell Redwood Platform Services, which include TMS, WMS, RedwoodConnect, and partner SaaS offerings.
• Create a self-sustaining, qualified pipeline that emphasizes goal-oriented sales and acquiring new logos.
• Conduct sales discussions with existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee technology and transportation RFPs throughout the complete sales process.
• Advise customers on technological solutions to address current supply chain challenges and prepare for future scalability.
• Grasp customer needs and specifications to qualify opportunities and convey value propositions.
• Recognize and address customer obstacles in selecting and implementing technology solutions.
• Create and deliver customer-facing presentations across various Redwood service lines.
• Gather requirements for, manage, and execute customer-facing technology demonstrations.
• Facilitate the transition of customer solutions from the sales phase to the relevant delivery teams.
• Engage in QBRs and continuous improvement feedback loops to foster organic growth.
• Collaborate across Redwood business units to enhance client value.
• Suggest enhancements to sales strategies based on research of TMS, WMS, and SaaS markets as well as competitor analysis.
• Sustain strategic relationships with customers and Redwood partners.
• Manage various channel selling strategies.
• Report personal and departmental activities as required.
• Utilize Salesforce effectively to oversee opportunities, pipeline movements, and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Establish and cultivate a self-generated pipeline through networking, partnerships, and relationships.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned.
• At least 10 years of proven sales experience focusing on TMS, WMS, Supply Chain Integrations, and/or Supply Chain Consulting.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic selling across multiple service offerings.
• 3-5 years of experience in delivering or managing supply chain technology solutions.
• Proficient in Transportation Management and/or Warehouse Management software capabilities.
• Ability to clearly articulate value and ROI drivers to potential customers.
• Strong understanding of application and partner integration methodologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and networking skills from C-level executives to end users.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Adaptability to quickly respond to business needs and industry changes.
• Strategic mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, with standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Must be prepared to work some hours outside of normal business hours as an exempt employee.
