This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a designated portfolio of clients to foster relationship growth, retention, customer goals, risk management, and capitalize on current-client opportunities.

• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and both internal and external stakeholders.

• Leverage data-driven resources to conduct effective client meetings and collaborative sessions with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs).

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of Evolent's products and services.

• Create presentation strategies, narratives, and content for meetings with senior stakeholders.

• Oversee internal deal solutioning and strategy while maintaining Salesforce pipeline systems.

• Formulate, share, and present pricing recommendations for internal approval.

• Assist with contracting for new business ventures and annual reconciliations.

• Facilitate partnership review meetings, which include strategic account planning, relationship mapping, competitive market analysis, and issue management.

• Champion partner culture and act as an internal expert regarding client priorities and health-plan processes.

• Manage contracts to ensure ongoing performance through effective risk management, SLA assurance, rate/savings maximization, benefit analysis, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in client or account management leadership positions.

• Over 5 years of extensive experience within health plans.

• Ability to devise innovative solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.

• Proven capability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.

• Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders, actively listen, and recognize sensitivities.

• Willing to travel 40% of the time within the US and its territories.

• Government-issued photo identification required for identity verification.

• Comprehensive background check necessary.

• In-person I-9 verification is mandatory.

• May be subject to drug screening before employment.

• High-speed home internet connection of at least 10 Mbps required.

• Use of artificial intelligence tools is prohibited during interviews.
