This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Initiate and expand a new Splunk consulting capability at TTEC Digital.
• Formulate and implement the Splunk go-to-market strategy alongside sales, alliances, and executive leadership.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders from Splunk and Cisco, including field sellers, solution teams, and partner managers.
• Oversee technical qualification, conduct discovery workshops, deliver executive presentations, demonstrations, architecture sessions, and develop pursuit strategies.
• Convert customer requirements into unique Splunk solutions and effectively communicate the value to both executive and technical audiences.
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, estimates, architecture diagrams, pricing inputs, and Statements of Work.
• Create a qualified pipeline, secure initial reference customers, and enhance successful engagements.
• Act as a senior Splunk technical authority and a trusted advisor.
• Design secure and scalable solutions across Splunk Cloud, Splunk Enterprise, Enterprise Security, ITSI, Observability, and related capabilities.
• Architect Splunk integrations across CCaaS platforms, focusing on integration patterns, data ingestion strategies, telemetry models, security requirements, and reference architectures.
• Develop assessments, target architectures, implementation strategies, migration plans, roadmaps, and operational models.
• Establish the Splunk Professional Services Practice, including the business plan, operational model, service portfolio, staffing strategy, and growth roadmap.
• Define market-ready services, delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, governance, quality controls, estimating models, Statements of Work, runbooks, and accelerators.
• Create practice plans that cover bookings, revenue, backlog, utilization, margin, capacity, skills, investments, and growth priorities.
• Lead initial engagements and transition to overseeing the portfolio and practice as the team expands.
• Set delivery standards and serve as the senior escalation point for technical risks, scope issues, architectural decisions, and strategic customer concerns.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop consulting talent.
• Establish career paths, competency expectations, certification plans, mentoring initiatives, and continuing education opportunities.
• Manage the professional services relationship with Splunk and coordinate efforts with Cisco leadership and alliance teams.
• Develop joint account strategies, field enablement programs, customer workshops, integrated offerings, and co-selling initiatives.
• Monitor practice strategy, customer successes, delivery performance, financial goals, repeatable methodologies, partner relationships, and team scalability.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise encompassing architecture, design, implementation, integration, migration, optimization, and operations.
• Proficiency in one or more Splunk-aligned domains such as SIEM, security operations, observability, IT operations, service intelligence, automation, compliance, or enterprise data analytics.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles within professional services, systems integration, technology consulting, or a vendor partner environment.
• Architect-level expertise with a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform is essential.
• Experience in leading technical discovery, solution architecture, estimation, proposals, Statements of Work, presentations, and complex discussions with customers.
• Demonstrated capability to build, launch, lead, or substantially grow a consulting practice, service line, technical capability, or portfolio of offerings.
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, service offerings, delivery methodologies, reusable assets, and business plans.
• Understanding of the economics of professional services, including bookings, revenue, backlog, utilization, margin, staffing, demand management, and delivery risk.
• Strong executive presence, written communication skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to translate technology into business results.
• Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across sales, alliances, and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Preferred: current or prior advanced Splunk certification, such as Splunk Architect or Splunk Administrator.
• Preferred: experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk IT Service Intelligence, or Splunk Observability.
• Preferred: experience in hiring, developing, mentoring, and leading technical consulting teams.
• Preferred: experience with managed services, recurring services, or ongoing advisory models.
• Preferred: familiarity with Cisco technologies, partner programs, sales motions, or professional services.
• Preferred: experience integrating Splunk with various CCaaS, customer experience, CRM, cloud, networking, security, infrastructure, and enterprise data platforms.
