This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Convert Patient Engagement and brand strategy into practical go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market and launch strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
• Establish segmentation, targeting, channel mix, field execution, timelines, milestones, and criteria for readiness.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), call guides, guardrails, training resources, and patient education materials.
• Represent Patient Engagement in Review Committee/MLR processes and submit resources for evaluation.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on permissions, approvals, and necessary documentation.
• Oversee content loading, tagging, accessibility, and currency across platforms like Amplify/Centris.
• Develop customer/account and patient population targeting models.
• Establish segmentation and tiering criteria in line with approved indications and compliance guidelines.
• Lead territory mapping, workload analysis, territory alignment, call planning, and multichannel engagement strategies.
• Assess the effectiveness of the field force and equip patient-facing teams with approved tools and resources.
• Enhance collaboration among Patient Engagement, Sales, KADs, Medical, Access, and Reimbursement teams.
• Assist in planning for Year Beginning, Mid-Year, and POA meetings.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, reporting dashboards, field technology, and related tools.
• Shape dashboard and reporting requirements while delivering performance insights to leadership and marketing.
• Transform execution data into strategic narratives and suggest adjustments to strategies or execution.
• Cultivate team competencies and empower leaders to coach effectively.
• Act as a liaison among Marketing, Sales, Patient Solutions, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Digital, and other departments.
• Develop training materials and facilitate the adoption of go-to-market (GTM) tools and processes.
• Maintain the scope and guiding principles of Patient Engagement.
• Over 8 years of combined experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on consumer marketing, operations, and strategy.
• Proven history of leadership and exceptional performance.
• Experience in leading teams within a matrix organization.
• Capability to manage both direct and indirect reports with authority.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated executive communication abilities and leadership traits.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and organizational project management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple short-term and long-term initiatives concurrently.
• History of leading and managing complex programs and teams effectively.
• Strong strategic acumen, including the capacity to identify and tackle significant strategic challenges.
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
• Good judgment and a strong ethical framework.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
