Director – Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist Integrated Facilities clients and internal stakeholders in enhancing JLL-managed services operations and sourcing strategies.

• Provide market, supplier, and operational insights for service operations.

• Identify and guide field resources to implement strategic initiatives.

• Act as a subject matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.

• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and lasting client benefits.

• Conduct periodic market trend analyses, including supplier-base and industry-change evaluations.

• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready format.

• Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.

• Support supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Oversee and assist operations teams in RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Ensure adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms.

• Set priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams and project personnel.

• Assist in the development of diversity programs.

• Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings.

• Lead and participate in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Promote JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• Over 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field.

• Experience in project management and business transitions is preferred.

• Proficient PC skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
