This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage account and contractual elements, including planning, scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, confidentiality, and reporting on workload and financial results.
• Handle an operating budget with profit and loss responsibility, encompassing monthly accruals and projections for revenue and expenses.
• Initiate, negotiate, and execute new projects to broaden the scope of engagement.
• Create and sustain project status reports to track, monitor, and ensure timely completion of contract deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute a strategic business plan.
• Keep internal and external clients and stakeholders informed about progress.
• Identify and manage risks while maintaining consistent and effective communication.
• Attend stakeholder meetings with clients and present outcomes of contract work.
• Provide insights and expertise while compiling and reporting operational results and contract deliverables.
• Recognize gaps and suggest improvements related to technology, processes, products, and services.
• Spot opportunities for value-added services with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage in and support quality management initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or Healthcare preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in client management, presentations, or supervisory roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or Public Health.
• General familiarity with the Medicaid program, especially regarding coordination of benefits, coverage, and payment regulations, is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced technical knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative setting and manage relationships across various task orders, functional areas, and both physical and virtual locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings may be required.
