This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement the comprehensive Sales Support strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to pinpoint operational opportunities and eliminate obstacles affecting sales performance.
• Set and track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales support.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement aimed at boosting productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead change management efforts for new programs, technologies, and business processes.
• Oversee the sales support programs, processes, and workflows.
• Ensure that sales teams have access to accurate sales materials, tools, training resources, and customer data.
• Collaborate with Training and Learning teams for onboarding and ongoing sales training.
• Manage sales enablement technologies and suggest improvements.
• Assist in territory planning, account assignments, lead management, and pipeline oversight.
• Spearhead the creation of dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Analyze sales performance trends and provide actionable insights.
• Work with business intelligence teams on forecasting and performance measurement tools.
• Monitor and enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Present executive-level insights on productivity, conversion rates, retention, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing for campaign execution and lead generation efforts.
• Partner with Product and Operations on initiatives that involve customer engagement.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Act as a liaison between sales teams and internal business partners to address operational challenges.
• Build, nurture, and maintain a high-performing Sales Support organization.
• Set performance standards and accountability measures.
• Mentor managers and team members.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a similar field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in supporting sales organizations.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex business operations.
• Proven experience in leading sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in developing and presenting executive-level reports and recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales technologies.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads is required for remote or hybrid home/office employees.
• Ability to work from a designated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
