This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the current Sales Operations team serving the EMEA and APAC regions.
• Act as the primary revenue operations partner for the GVP in EMEA, RVP in APAC, and their respective leadership teams.
• Influence leadership meetings, staff gatherings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) in EMEA and APAC with data insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional VPs and frontline managers, representing EMEA/APAC within the global Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations framework.
• Manage annual and ongoing territory design for EMEA and APAC.
• Conduct capacity and coverage modeling, which includes headcount planning, ramp expectations, quota distribution, and productivity objectives.
• Oversee the weekly forecasting process, pipeline analysis, forecast discussions, accuracy of roll-ups, and leadership reports.
• Produce operating reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and Board level.
• Manage pipeline health and funnel analytics, encompassing conversion rates, source and campaign contributions, win/loss trends, and growth strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and hygiene within Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with global GTM Operations regarding system and process modifications.
• Assist in executing regional sales compensation in conjunction with global Sales Operations and Finance teams.
• Work alongside Marketing, BDR, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to enhance GTM processes.
• Maintain governance and engagement rules, mediating any questions related to coverage or credit.
• Integrate data residency, GDPR, APAC privacy regulations, local entity requirements, and currency considerations into processes and reporting.
• Proven experience in sales operations or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other GTM tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and regions.
• Familiarity with GDPR, APAC privacy laws, and data residency requirements.
