This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee essential support functions that enhance sales force productivity, which includes planning, reporting, quota establishment and management, optimization of sales processes, design of sales roles, sales training, execution of sales programs, development and administration of sales compensation, and recruitment and selection of sales talent.
• Organize sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of processes within the sales organization planning.
• Collaborate with internal functions and stakeholders on planning initiatives.
• Promote fair quota assignments and optimal distribution across various sales channels and resources.
• Guarantee timely assignment of sales organization objectives.
• Identify opportunities for sales process enhancements and prioritize these with sales management.
• Analyze bottlenecks and inconsistencies in processes to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Monitor and disseminate sales reports and intelligence; suggest revisions to reports and create new reporting tools.
• Implement supporting technologies, such as CRM, and ensure adherence to CRM data standards.
• Maximize the effectiveness of technology investments in collaboration with sales management.
• Coordinate the delivery of training for sales personnel, sales management, and sales support staff.
• Provide insights for the development and administration of the sales incentive compensation program.
• Assist the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources departments with the administration of sales incentive compensation.
• Lead and support the consistent execution of company initiatives.
• Foster peer support and cultivate strong internal relationships with key management personnel.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer while collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience in sales or sales management within a business-to-business sales environment.
• Proven ability to manage analytically intensive initiatives.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong mathematical and communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• A solid understanding of the Real Estate industry.
