This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the planning, reporting, quota establishment and management, optimization of the sales process, design of sales roles, training of sales personnel, implementation of sales programs, design and administration of sales compensation, and the recruitment and selection of sales force talent.
• Manage the coordination of sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of planning within the sales organization.
• Facilitate planning efforts in collaboration with internal functions and stakeholders.
• Aid in the fair assignment and optimal distribution of sales force quotas.
• Make certain that sales organization objectives are allocated promptly.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for improving the sales process alongside sales management.
• Analyze bottlenecks and inconsistencies in processes while promoting continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance the accuracy and dissemination of sales reports and intelligence.
• Suggest modifications to current reports and assist in creating new reporting tools.
• Implement supporting technologies, including CRM systems, and oversee CRM data compliance.
• Maximize the effectiveness of technology investments in conjunction with sales management.
• Organize training sessions for sales, sales management, and support teams.
• Contribute insights on the development and administration of the sales incentive compensation program.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources on the administration of sales incentive compensation.
• Lead and ensure the consistent execution of company initiatives.
• Foster peer relationships and strong internal connections with key management personnel.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales or sales management within a business-to-business sales context.
• Proven ability to manage analytically intensive initiatives.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong mathematical and communication skills.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
