This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and take ownership of the long-term architecture and roadmap for Salesforce, MonetizeNow (CPQ), and the overall revenue systems stack.
• Develop a quote-to-cash engine that integrates CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
• Design models for data governance and establish automation standards for pipeline, quoting, and revenue data.
• Create a scalable framework for systems that support public-sector and reseller procurement.
• Establish infrastructure for pipeline and forecasting, which includes coverage models, bookings tracking, and reporting.
• Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Contracts leadership on processes and platform-related decisions.
• Act as the strategic systems representative during planning cycles, M&A/integration scenarios, and platform assessments.
• Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM/systems leadership.
• Experience in a SaaS company is mandatory.
• Practical experience in integrating and deploying AI within GTM systems and workflows.
• Proven experience in designing scalable systems and processes.
• Background in developing pipeline, quota, and coverage reporting models for executive-level decision-making.
• Strong data analysis capabilities, including proficiency in SQL or equivalent querying experience across CRM/ERP datasets.
• Previous experience in people management.
• A structured and forward-thinking communication style that is effective for presenting visions and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred: extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Preferred: familiarity with a CPQ platform, such as MonetizeNow.
• Preferred: experience with NetSuite.
• Preferred: knowledge of public-sector or GovTech procurement processes.
