This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the field operations in the Americas, acting as the operational right hand to the Americas Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
• Oversee the execution of territory and quotas, managing sales operations, order operations, and partner operations throughout the Americas.
• Establish a disciplined approach to forecasting, ensuring pipeline integrity, forecast accuracy, and a weekly operational rhythm.
• Design and adjust territories and quotas, incorporating coverage models and making in-year adjustments as necessary.
• Provide support for CRM and sales systems utilized by the field.
• Supervise the execution of quote-to-order processes, ensuring booking accuracy and minimizing cycle time.
• Manage partner registration, deal flows, and provide operational support for channels.
• Drive the regional reporting and analytics strategy focused on pipeline, forecasts, productivity, and revenue performance.
• Deliver insights that aid executive decision-making, promote operational excellence, and contribute to global planning efforts.
• Convert regional priorities into actionable operational plans, assigning responsibilities and deadlines.
• Represent field operations in regional leadership meetings and proactively identify risks.
• Lead, develop, and enhance capabilities within the Americas field operations team.
• Ensure all recurring processes are supported by documented procedures and designated coverage.
• Collaborate with global Revenue Operations centers of excellence across planning, analytics, compensation, and systems.
• A minimum of 8 years in revenue or sales operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a regional field operations team.
• Experience in designing territories and quotas at scale within a global enterprise software organization.
• Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and scale operational processes, governance, and documentation standards in transforming environments.
• Background as the operations partner to a CRO or regional sales leader.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce.
• Proficiency with planning and analytics tools like Anaplan or similar.
• Practical experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Gong.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-tolerance approach to errors in forecasting and quota figures.
• Executive presence and comfort in presenting during high-level meetings.
• Proven success in leading operational teams through complex system implementations, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
• Established ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results across teams that are geographically dispersed across different regions and time zones.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
