This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate as a strategic advisor to the CRO on both annual and quarterly revenue strategies, which include bookings objectives, headcount and capacity models, territory and segmentation frameworks, and quota establishment.
• Maintain the integrity of revenue forecasting by developing and upholding forecasting methodologies, facilitating forecast discussions and schedules, and identifying and addressing discrepancies.
• Create executive-level reports that encompass pipeline status, bookings, funnel conversion rates, productivity metrics, and forecast precision.
• Identify potential risks such as funnel deficiencies, representative underperformance, pricing challenges, and indicators of loss.
• Present business outcomes and significant trends to the leadership team.
• Supervise the functions of Sales Operations, Marketing/SDR Operations, and Sales Enablement.
• Direct operational rhythms and standardized processes across the various functional areas under the CRO.
• Manage the entire marketing, SDR, and Sales funnel.
• Oversee the onboarding process and ongoing learning pathways for SDRs, AEs, SEs, and leadership roles.
• Scale operational infrastructure in alignment with revenue expansion.
• Build, lead, and nurture a Revenue Operations team that encompasses Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, SDR/Pipeline Ops, and Sales Enablement.
• Steer the complete revenue technology stack with a focus on AI integration.
• Standardize and govern workflows from lead generation to opportunity creation, closing, and renewal/expansion.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistent terminology across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Develop real-time KPI monitoring, dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting systems.
• Over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales/CS Operations.
• A minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership position overseeing a multi-functional operations organization.
• Deep understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and client-facing SaaS models.
• Proven experience in translating GTM strategies into system and process specifications.
• Ability to implement impactful system and process specifications effectively.
• Strong inclination toward proactive action.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing GTM technologies and sales tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Omni, Claude, ChatGPT, Clari, Outreach, and Marketo.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience serving as a strategic business partner.
• Proven track record of building and managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
