This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in executing business priorities across roughly 180 branches in the Greater Toronto area.
• Convert regional and enterprise objectives into actionable field directives.
• Facilitate business planning and oversee performance metrics.
• Organize regional initiatives and resolve issues impacting sales, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Drive operational excellence, ensure audit readiness, uphold regulatory compliance, manage attestations, and oversee issue remediation processes.
• Track operational health, identify emerging risks, monitor action plans, and guarantee control and governance execution.
• Coordinate the implementation of enterprise initiatives and promote change adoption.
• Assist with executive communications, leadership meetings, regional reporting, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives.
• Provide counsel to senior leaders regarding business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases, suggest priorities and resource needs, and design execution roadmaps.
• Oversee resources and guide strategic initiatives towards achieving business and financial objectives.
• Establish analytics and reporting requirements, and generate reports and dashboards.
• Lead change management programs, including readiness, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainability.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, handle complaint escalations, oversee communications, budgets, operating expenses, and financial reporting.
• Consolidate information from various sources to enhance processes, analysis, and reporting.
• Employ risk-informed decision-making that aligns with BMO's strategy, policies, laws, and regulations.
• Typically requires over 9 years of relevant experience.
• A post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
