Director, Provider Data Process Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in strategizing for intricate business transformation priorities.

• Offer directional guidance for the execution of complex business cases related to proposed initiatives.

• Lead the implementation of strategic and policy guidance for assigned initiatives.

• Conduct thorough analyses of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skill sets.

• Gather and analyze process data to suggest business practices and procedures aimed at enhancing effectiveness, productivity, and cost management.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation.

• Foster consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and execution.

• Partner in timely communications with key stakeholders and contribute to presentations at the executive level.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, having led large-scale initiatives, is required.

• Operations experience is preferred.

• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) is preferred.

• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is preferred.

• Must comply with all policies and standards.
