This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and oversee large-scale or unique projects for designated contracts

• Ensure that projects are in line with strategic goals and adhere to scheduling, funding, quality, and efficiency standards

• Conduct comprehensive project planning, including timelines, resource distribution, cost estimates, and budget management

• Communicate with contract representatives and both external and internal clients; organize meetings and participate in committee sessions

• Assess project progress and present strategic advice to senior management concerning status, compliance, risks, and efficiencies

• Lead project teams by developing work plans, delegating responsibilities, and synchronizing activities

• Create innovative project processes and deliverables

• Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and both internal and external committees

• Uphold operational efficiency, ensure contract compliance, and guarantee timely deliverables

• Review and adjust schedules or plans based on status reports; prepare written documentation, articles, and proposals

• Design and deliver training programs and resources for both internal and external clients

• Audit and adapt complex processes to improve service delivery

• Oversee team performance through feedback and formal performance evaluations

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's Degree is required (experience may be considered as a substitute)

• At least 15 years of experience is required (education may be considered as a substitute)

• Preference for active and current certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Registered Nurse (RN), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
