This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Oversee the execution of projects and programs across various divisions while adhering to cost, time, and quality standards.
β’ Manage, guide, train, and mentor project managers.
β’ Collaborate with the Business Development team on proposals and bid defenses.
β’ Supervise staff and carry out performance evaluations and salary reviews as necessary.
β’ Implement company policies effectively.
β’ Partner with leadership across functional departments to enhance and refine business processes.
β’ Act as a liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal creation.
β’ Support resource utilization, policy formulation, and the achievement of organizational goals.
β’ Exceptional leadership abilities.
β’ Strong financial insight.
β’ Advanced understanding of project management principles and their application.
β’ Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
β’ Skills in process enhancement, particularly in clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.
β’ Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, or a certification in a related health profession from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ At least ten (10) years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating proficiency in clinical project management.
β’ Alternatively, over five (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment and eight (8) years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO sectors.
β’ Experience in managing Rheumatology studies is mandatory.
