📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of projects and programs across various divisions while adhering to cost, time, and quality standards.

• Manage, guide, train, and mentor project managers.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team on proposals and bid defenses.

• Supervise staff and carry out performance evaluations and salary reviews as necessary.

• Implement company policies effectively.

• Partner with leadership across functional departments to enhance and refine business processes.

• Act as a liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal creation.

• Support resource utilization, policy formulation, and the achievement of organizational goals.

• Advanced understanding of project management principles and their application.

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.

• Skills in process enhancement, particularly in clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences, or a certification in a related health profession from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• At least ten (10) years of experience in the clinical pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating proficiency in clinical project management.

• Alternatively, over five (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment and eight (8) years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO sectors.

• Experience in managing Rheumatology studies is mandatory.
