This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and assist with critical operational and business transformation projects within the media organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from media, operations, finance, technology, and client-facing teams to enhance project execution and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk assessments, dependencies, and status reports for senior leadership.
• Organize working sessions and facilitate decision-making across various teams and functions.
• Detect opportunities for process enhancement and propose scalable solutions.
• Promote operational excellence, optimize workflows, and support technology-related initiatives.
• Handle project communications and deliver executive-level updates to leadership teams.
• Guarantee the successful implementation and acceptance of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, with a background in leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in a media agency is essential, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing sectors.
• Proven history of partnering with operational stakeholders and spearheading initiatives focused on process, workflow, and organizational effectiveness.
• Understanding of media operations, campaign workflows, resource management, financial processes, or related agency operational functions.
• Familiarity with agency platforms and technologies such as Mediaocean and other media management tools.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to influence and align multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguity and function effectively in fast-paced settings.
• PMP or a similar project management certification is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences agencies is highly preferred.
