Director, Project Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and lead project teams on large-scale solar photovoltaic and BESS initiatives.

• Offer expert advice on maintaining schedules, financial projections, risk management, contract adherence, and quality assurance.

• Propel the accomplishment of project milestones, budget goals, regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and environmental standards.

• Establish measurable objectives and performance standards for Project Managers and their teams.

• Assess progress and deliver constructive feedback for development.

• Conduct talent assessments and workforce planning.

• Facilitate economic analysis and value generation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contribute to contract management, scheduling, and budgeting documentation.

• Lead portfolio-level planning and prioritize opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.

• Utilize internal and external resources to create advantageous solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with customers and partners.

• Promote an environment that encourages knowledge sharing, constructive challenges, and trustworthy relationships both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in team management.

• Prior experience in EPC project management and execution.

• Strong comprehension of general business economics, including budgets, timelines, and contract language for both prime and subcontractors.

• Experience in negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without the need for visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

• Preferred experience in executing utility-scale PV solar and BESS EPC projects.

• Familiarity with IRA compliance is preferred.

• Knowledge of project development cycles is preferred.

• A Master’s degree in business is preferred.
