📋 Description

• Propel the demand for Wunderkind's display and video advertising inventory among agencies and advertisers within DC agency and brand accounts.

• Achieve or surpass revenue targets.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Wunderkind's product offerings and how their unique features address client needs.

• Forge connections with key decision-makers throughout the programmatic purchasing process, including in-house marketers, agencies, and trading desks.

• Create and implement effective sales strategies for identified prospective clients.

• Collaborate with account managers to ensure accounts are effectively serviced and revenue is maximized.

• Serve as a bridge between the market and Wunderkind's internal team to ensure that the product evolves in line with buyer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree coupled with relevant experience in digital media or digital advertising.

• Minimum of 8+ years in online programmatic advertising sales, with at least 5 years in a sales position.

• Responsible for the ownership and growth of the largest and most strategic territory within the assigned team to achieve both team and individual revenue goals.

• Extensive knowledge of the programmatic sector with a proven track record of driving business growth.

• Strong network of contacts on the buy side, established rapport, and trust.

• Familiarity with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is advantageous.

• Experience in selling CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.

• Self-motivated, persistent, and resourceful.

• Persuasive and impactful communicator.

• Adaptable in a fast-paced growth environment where roles and responsibilities may evolve.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the marketing technology industry and a healthy sense of humility.
