This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Define the portfolio of Professional Services at Sprinto, focusing on GRC, information security, risk, privacy, and compliance.
β’ Transform customer requirements into tangible offerings, scopes of work, delivery plans, and pricing structures.
β’ Determine the appropriate timing for the introduction of Professional Services versus when customers should engage independent external providers.
β’ Develop repeatable delivery methodologies while maintaining the intricate nature of compliance tasks.
β’ Create a commercially viable model that is chargeable and focused on customer and compliance outcomes.
β’ Design team structures, capability plans, utilization models, and quality benchmarks.
β’ Ensure that services are delivered consistently, responsibly, and within the established scope.
β’ Implement quality reviews, escalation processes, delivery metrics, and customer feedback loops.
β’ Safeguard the integrity and authenticity of compliance-related evidence.
β’ Differentiate between compliance program enablement, audit preparation, and independent audit opinions or certifications.
β’ Manage complex customer situations that require advanced GRC, delivery, or solution expertise.
β’ Outline the strategy and operational model for Sprintoβs audit and assurance partner ecosystem.
β’ Establish criteria for partner selection, onboarding, coverage, capacity, and quality standards.
β’ Ensure auditor independence, manage conflicts of interest, promote referral transparency, protect evidence integrity, and uphold customer choice.
β’ Guarantee that commercial arrangements with audit firms are not contingent on favorable audit results.
β’ Cultivate senior relationships with audit and assurance firms while maintaining independent professional judgment.
β’ Lead the function while a dedicated team member oversees daily partner operations as the team expands.
β’ Convert customer, delivery, and auditor feedback into product enhancements in collaboration with Product.
β’ Identify customer challenges related to controls, evidence, integrations, workflows, and audit preparedness.
β’ Ascertain which issues should be addressed through services as opposed to the product.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align services with customer needs and establish realistic expectations.
β’ Empower customer-facing teams to accurately and responsibly convey Professional Services offerings.
β’ Launch a comprehensive Professional Services portfolio, including standard scopes, pricing, delivery methods, quality measures, initial delivery team, audit partner governance, and product feedback loops.
β’ Around 10β15 years of experience in Professional Services, GRC, technology risk, information security, compliance, audit readiness, or risk advisory roles.
β’ Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling a client-facing Professional Services or risk advisory function.
β’ A strong foundation in security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or similar standards.
β’ Experience in defining service offerings, scopes of work, delivery models, pricing, and operational metrics.
β’ A history of leading consulting or delivery teams while consistently achieving high customer outcomes.
β’ Ability to comprehend both the commercial and professional responsibilities of audit and assurance firms.
β’ Good judgment regarding evidence integrity, conflicts of interest, customer choice, and auditor independence.
β’ Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, security, compliance, and external audit firms.
β’ Capability to function in a growing organization where the function, team, and operating model are still evolving.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to advise customers and senior professionals independently.
β’ Experience in a Big Four firm or another esteemed technology-risk, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk advisory practice would be especially relevant.
