This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Direct the vision, strategy, and implementation of DaVita’s digital health applications aimed at providers.
• Develop electronic health record solutions that enhance clinical workflows, lessen provider workload, and elevate patient care.
• Formulate a long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for the Provider EHR platform.
• Ensure the roadmap aligns with clinical, regulatory, and overarching business objectives.
• Obtain commitment from executive and physician leaders.
• Convert clinician and provider requirements into a prioritized and actionable roadmap.
• Create comprehensive specifications for EHR capabilities and incorporate them into intricate clinical workflows.
• Define the desired changes in provider behavior to facilitate successful adoption of functionalities.
• Assess the ongoing value, clinical impact, and return on investment of opportunities.
• Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Validate the clinical value and technical feasibility of product features.
• Lead and collaborate with software developers, UX researchers, clinical informatics professionals, and medical directors utilizing agile methodologies.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture Product Managers.
• Promote a culture of ownership, psychological safety, speed, iteration, and user-centricity.
• Track and analyze product performance and adoption metrics.
• Present insights to senior executives through polished narratives.
• Champion the EHR product vision both internally and externally.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile setting.
• Strong emphasis on digital healthcare products, EHR/EMR platforms, or solutions for clinical workflows.
• Over 3 years of experience in people management.
• Proven ability to recruit, inspire, and develop direct reports.
• In-depth knowledge of provider needs, clinical workflows, and the healthcare regulatory environment, including interoperability, HIPAA, and meaningful use.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Competence in presenting to and aligning VP-level stakeholders, physician leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and launching digital products.
• Experience in effectively aligning teams with a cohesive strategy.
