This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Direct the vision, strategy, and implementation for DaVita’s digital health applications aimed at providers.
• Develop electronic health record solutions that optimize clinical workflows, lessen provider workload, and enhance patient care.
• Establish a multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the Provider EHR platform.
• Align product strategy with clinical, regulatory, and business goals while obtaining buy-in from executives and physician leaders.
• Convert clinician and provider requirements into a prioritized, actionable roadmap.
• Create detailed specifications for EHR functionalities and incorporate them into intricate clinical workflows.
• Identify desired changes in provider behavior and assess opportunities for value, clinical impact, and ROI.
• Set OKRs and confirm clinical value and technical feasibility.
• Oversee collaboration with software developers, UX researchers, clinical informatics professionals, and medical directors utilizing agile methodologies.
• Coach, mentor, and nurture a team of Product Managers.
• Promote ownership, psychological safety, speed, iteration, and a user-centered approach.
• Track and analyze product performance and adoption metrics.
• Deliver insights and executive-level narratives to senior leadership.
• Advocate for the EHR product vision both internally and externally.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile setting.
• Strong emphasis on digital healthcare products, EHR/EMR platforms, or clinical workflow solutions.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven ability to hire, motivate, and develop direct reports.
• Comprehensive understanding of provider needs, clinical workflows, and the healthcare regulatory environment, including interoperability, HIPAA, and meaningful use.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capability to present to and align VP-level stakeholders, physician leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• A demonstrated history of building and launching digital products.
