This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Develop and oversee the designated territory to enhance engagement and achieve sales targets
β’ Formulate a territory-specific business strategy for the company's brands and products
β’ Assist with bar review engagement initiatives, focus groups, feedback sessions, company events, school visits, conferences, and other external opportunities
β’ Produce content that supports academic success and bar exam preparation
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with member law schools, faculty, administrators, students, student organizations, and related entities
β’ Conduct in-person visits, phone communications, workshops, webinars, emails, and written correspondence
β’ Represent the organization at industry conferences, tradeshows, and designated events
β’ Recruit, train, and support student ambassadors
β’ Offer direct assistance and mentorship to student users of the bar review program
β’ Keep records in the contact management system, including contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation
β’ Stay informed about the company's products and services and suggest new offerings
β’ Contribute to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications
β’ Maintain a social media presence for promotion, lead generation, and relationship nurturing in collaboration with the marketing team
β’ Alert the National Director to any critical issues
β’ Report to the area National Director and work alongside bar review program engagement and strategic engagement teams
β’ Perform other assigned tasks
β’ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required
β’ Must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, or a sales-related field
β’ Strong grasp of sales and relationship development
β’ Solid understanding of product development and delivery
β’ Familiarity with brand building principles
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the bar exam process, including elements and success strategies
β’ Proven ability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully roll out new products
β’ Capability to stay updated on higher education policies, especially within law and professional school contexts
β’ Excellent attention to detail along with organizational and time-management skills
β’ Exceptional writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking abilities
β’ Collaborative approach with the capacity to provide and receive constructive feedback
β’ Proficiency in computer applications, including web-based programs, CRM (particularly Salesforce), and online collaboration tools
β’ Experience in conducting in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations
β’ Strong interpersonal skills
β’ Willingness to travel within the designated territory
β’ Ability to work effectively from a home office, campus, or while traveling
β’ Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
β’ Fully remote work arrangement
