This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Propel commercial growth by converting Miratech’s offerings into solutions that are relevant in the market, thereby enhancing pipeline development and increasing revenue.
• Design clear solution frameworks, encompassing portfolios, bundles, and use cases.
• Establish standardized naming conventions, packaging, and pricing strategies for the offerings.
• Take ownership of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for both new and existing solutions.
• Identify target segments, personas, and use cases to delineate positioning.
• Formulate unique value propositions and convert technical services into business results.
• Create tools to enable sales such as presentations, battlecards, and case studies.
• Provide training to sales teams on offerings and messaging.
• Leverage market intelligence to guide offering development and lifecycle management.
• Aid in establishing scalable go-to-market foundations and measurable revenue impacts.
• Function as a player-coach, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
• Execute additional responsibilities consistent with the role's objectives.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing within technology-centric domains such as IT services, SaaS, cloud computing, customer experience, AI, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in developing product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies for intricate B2B technology products.
• Strong aptitude for translating technical capabilities into coherent commercial narratives, sales materials, and market-facing propositions.
• Robust background in market and competitive intelligence.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, Product, Alliances, and Executive teams to facilitate revenue growth and effective market execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including the use of commercial, pipeline, and performance data to assess marketing effectiveness and enhance GTM strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Ability to craft executive-level content, influence key stakeholders, and clearly present complex concepts.
• A graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
