This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Director of Product Marketing serves as a strategic commercial leader tasked with transforming CPI’s product portfolio into effective market positioning, driving revenue growth, and enhancing sales performance.
• Facilitate the commercial success of CPI’s product offerings.
• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, enhancements, and market expansions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to convert roadmap investments into market opportunities and revenue results.
• Develop commercialization strategies that optimize adoption, retention, and growth.
• Establish compelling product positioning and distinct messaging.
• Craft value propositions that cater to buyers, decision-makers, instructors, and learners.
• Maintain consistency across marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, customer communications, and thought leadership efforts.
• Create market narratives that enhance CPI’s competitive stance.
• Lead the pricing and packaging strategy for CPI’s portfolio.
• Propose and execute pricing models that bolster growth, profitability, and customer value realization.
• Develop business cases for new monetization ventures.
• Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams with essential tools for success.
• Generate playbooks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling documents, product training materials, and launch assets.
• Oversee launch planning and execution throughout the organization.
• Assess launch effectiveness and continuously enhance performance.
• Act as the market's representative voice.
• Track competitive activities, market trends, emerging technologies, and customer requirements.
• Serve as a vital link between Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Commercialization, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing product marketing teams or spearheading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record in launching and scaling B2B products, services, or educational solutions.
• Experience in developing and executing commercialization strategies that yield measurable revenue growth.
• Established experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Expertise in creating sales enablement programs that enhance adoption, win rates, and revenue results.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, packaging, positioning, and market segmentation strategies.
• Experience in analyzing customer, market, and competitive data to guide strategic decisions.
