This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Core Products encompassing Identity & Trust, Payments & Fraud, and Internal Tools.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and product leaders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability throughout the portfolio.
• Manage essential customer journeys, including registration, identity verification, account access, funding, withdrawals, and account management.
• Create shared capabilities that support PENN’s online Sportsbook and Casino businesses while integrating digital and retail customer experiences.
• Enhance payment performance and customer funding experiences by collaborating with Fraud and Risk teams to safeguard both customers and the business.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to incorporate regulatory and customer-protection requirements into user-friendly product experiences.
• Modernize internal tools and workflows for Customer Support, VIP, Fraud, Compliance, and Operations departments.
• Set clear KPIs and leverage customer insights, data, and business impact to prioritize investments and assess outcomes.
• Work alongside Engineering on platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and third-party integrations.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and business teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in managing people.
• Proven experience managing managers and senior individual contributors across various product areas.
• Experience in establishing product strategy and converting it into targeted roadmaps and measurable results.
• Background in identity, authentication, onboarding, KYC, payments, fraud, risk, trust & safety, compliance, or internal tooling.
• Strong technical fluency and experience collaborating with Engineering on platforms, APIs, integrations, and intricate technical systems.
• Excellent analytical judgment with a track record of utilizing data to uncover opportunities, prioritize investments, and evaluate business impact.
• Proven ability to balance customer experience, growth, risk, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership capabilities and effective executive communication skills.
• Experience working in complex, regulated, high-transaction, or multi-product environments.
• Background in online gaming, fintech, financial services, marketplaces, commerce, or other regulated digital sectors is advantageous.
