This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and advocate for the strategy and vision of a key segment within the Cloud Security portfolio.
• Build, lead, and expand a team of product managers.
• Manage the product roadmap, making tradeoff and prioritization choices.
• Define and monitor essential business metrics, including pipeline influence, win/loss trends, retention, and usage statistics.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on architectural decisions and sequencing.
• Work alongside sales, solutions engineering, and marketing for positioning, field training, and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and analysts to validate roadmap assumptions and track market changes.
• Represent Cloud Security in company-wide planning, linking product decisions to revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.
• A minimum of 8 years in product management within enterprise SaaS or infrastructure firms.
• At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing other product managers.
• Direct experience with owning a cloud security or cloud-native product, such as CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, or related fields.
• Knowledge of cloud security purchasers, competitive landscape, and technical trade-offs.
• Capability to develop pricing models, analyze win/loss reports, and connect roadmap decisions to ARR and margins.
• Proficient technical understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture, containers/Kubernetes, and the shared-responsibility model.
• Proven track record of delivering and defending roadmaps to sales leadership, customers, and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives, analysts, and clients.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15% for customer interactions and internal strategy meetings.
• Previous experience with a cybersecurity vendor or as a SOC/security practitioner preferred.
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models preferred.
• Knowledge of eBPF-based or agent-based security architectures preferred.
