This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and articulate a long-term vision for the digital experience platform.
• Lead initiatives that streamline customer access to insights, complete workflows, and achieve outcomes.
• Enhance user interactions and refine end-to-end experiences through an AI-driven approach.
• Establish ongoing customer discovery as a fundamental operational model.
• Engage with investigators, fraud analysts, collections professionals, compliance teams, and other users for insights.
• Analyze customer jobs-to-be-done, workflows, challenges, and desired results.
• Collaborate with User Experience and UI Design teams on experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning processes.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance user productivity and efficiency.
• Work alongside technical teams to transform concepts into production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and trust standards.
• Advocate for exceptional user and interaction design.
• Enhance usability, simplicity, design quality, craftsmanship, and customer focus.
• Encourage outcome-driven product management and data-informed decision-making.
• Empower cross-functional teams while promoting experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience in leading product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated history of spearheading significant digital product transformations.
• A track record of delivering aesthetically pleasing and highly usable products.
• Strong passion for aesthetics, interaction design, and minimizing friction.
• Successful experience in launching AI-powered products, workflows, copilots, or intelligent automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of product discovery, customer research, experimentation, and product strategy.
• Experience in defining and measuring customer outcomes instead of merely delivering features.
• Preferred: background in consumer technology, digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech, productivity software, or organizations recognized for outstanding user experiences.
• B2C experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, collections, investigative workflows, or related domains.
• Experience in applying modern product operating principles.
• Knowledge of generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, and conversational interfaces.
• Previous collaboration with UX research and product design teams.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time.
