This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and articulate a long-term vision for the digital experience platform.
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer access to insights, streamline workflow completion, and achieve outcomes.
• Revamp user interactions and elevate end-to-end experiences leveraging an AI-driven approach.
• Integrate continuous customer discovery as a fundamental operational model.
• Engage in discovery sessions with investigators, fraud analysts, collections professionals, compliance teams, and other stakeholders.
• Grasp customer jobs-to-be-done, workflows, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with User Experience and UI Design teams on experimentation, prototyping, and iterative learning processes.
• Identify and implement AI and automation to boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Work alongside technical teams to transition capabilities from concept to implementation.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to security, compliance, and trust standards.
• Advocate for exceptional user and interaction design.
• Enhance usability, simplicity, and customer experience in intricate investigative workflows.
• Elevate standards for design quality, product craftsmanship, and customer focus.
• Encourage outcome-driven product management and data-informed decision-making.
• Empower cross-functional teams and nurture a culture of experimentation, learning, and ongoing improvement.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including leadership roles for product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in spearheading significant digital product transformations.
• A strong history of delivering aesthetically pleasing and highly functional products.
• Experience in launching AI-driven products, workflows, copilots, or intelligent automation features.
• Proficiency in product discovery, customer research, experimentation, and product strategy development.
• Experience in defining and evaluating customer outcomes.
• Preferred: background in consumer technology, digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech, productivity software, or organizations known for exceptional user experience.
• Preferred: B2C experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, collections, investigative workflows, or similar fields.
• Preferred: experience in applying modern product operating principles.
• Preferred: familiarity with generative AI, large language models, agentic systems, and conversational interfaces.
• Preferred: experience in partnering with UX research and product design teams.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% of the time.
