This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the development of Screening Add On Services and the strategy for partner integration.
• Engage in product strategy, planning, and execution processes.
• Direct and manage the product team throughout the complete enterprise product lifecycle.
• Handle a $20M profit and loss statement with the aim of doubling it within three years.
• Establish and manage the value proposition to achieve revenue growth, margin, and EBITDA targets.
• Contribute to long-term outlook planning.
• Oversee the development roadmap for Screening Add On Services and collaborate with integrated partners.
• Work with product groups and cross-functional teams to execute development roadmaps.
• Collect business requirements, conduct analyses, and make informed product decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external technology partners.
• Guide the development and enhancement of payment services APIs and the necessary infrastructure.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, and product backlogs.
• Coordinate product launches alongside marketing, sales, development, and service teams.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on product solutions, design artifacts, and quality assurance strategies.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing processes.
• Lead reviews of project plans and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Collect and evaluate product performance and operational metrics.
• Advise globally distributed teams and update executives and organizational leaders on development status.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technology-related or business field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant experience may be taken into account, with at least 5 years in a business and technical capacity.
• Over 10 years of prior product management experience.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in constructing business cases and pro formas.
• Familiarity with reviewing technical solution designs and assessments.
• Experience in gathering user and industry feedback and facilitating focus groups.
• Expertise in product management, including business case development, data analytics and reporting, market trend analysis, new product introduction, operational readiness, go-to-market planning, product roadmap creation, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting at industry events.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead a high-performing team.
• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and online tools.
• Professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Scrum experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) is highly preferred.
