This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.
• Lead a product team to ensure the successful management of a portfolio of payment applications, which includes point-of-service collections, card on file, statements, and payment plans.
• Advocate for the product both internally and with clients.
• Establish the vision and strategy for the payment product suite in collaboration with the executive team.
• Drive go-to-market strategies for products alongside marketing and client solutions teams.
• Create business cases for new products and feature enhancements in partnership with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and identify key product features and positioning.
• Monitor product and business metrics to influence positive outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee Product Managers.
• Collaborate directly with customers to gain insights into their challenges.
• Work alongside distributed engineering, product, and cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• Preferably, experience in the healthcare sector within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills, including recruitment, mentoring, and team management.
• Capability to establish product vision and strategy and effectively translate it into a detailed product roadmap.
• Experience in developing and launching successful payment processing applications or similar solutions.
• Experience in leading platform-as-a-service products.
• Background in prioritizing and building APIs for internal teams.
• Knowledge of the payments industry or payment solutions, including online/ecommerce, card-present/POS, and recurring/card-on-file payments.
• Experience in creating and integrating payment APIs/SDKs, including hosted payment options, NFC/EMV, and P2PE is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interest in user experience along with the ability to create and assess products.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
