📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of Product Managers.

• Oversee the Product Management function, including continuous feedback, talent management, career development, and the establishment of product management standards and best practices.

• Manage product strategy, roadmap creation, prioritization, and execution across various product domains.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to provide high-quality products while balancing customer requirements, technical limitations, and business priorities.

• Define and implement an AI product strategy that thoughtfully integrates artificial intelligence and automation into the product suite.

• Advocate for data-driven product development through analytics, experimentation, customer insights, and product KPIs.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, public safety agencies, and internal stakeholders.

• Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to leadership.

• Assist in go-to-market planning, product launches, pricing discussions, and customer communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Product Management, including more than 3 years in managing, leading, and mentoring product managers.

• Proven experience in delivering SaaS products within a cloud-native environment.

• Background in building and scaling mission-critical, highly reliable software platforms where availability, performance, security, and resilience are crucial.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
