This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Lead product development throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, which includes recognizing customer needs and managing the development, launch, and ongoing support of products.
• Influence the future design of Censys modules.
• Act as the representative of Censys to clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Aggregate external insights and relay findings to internal stakeholders.
• Build, nurture, and expand a top-tier team of product managers.
• Drive Censys’ transition from an Attack Surface Management product to a comprehensive exposure management solution that encompasses both first-party and third-party risk visibility.
• Establish and propel a cohesive product vision, strategy, and roadmap across ASM and supply chain risk management.
• Integrate capabilities like asset discovery, ownership, risks, and analytics into seamless customer workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize and deliver scalable, high-performance, and distinct features.
• Work alongside Design and AI teams to ensure exposure management insights are intuitive, conversational, and actionable.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Research teams to incorporate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive signals.
• Develop and scale product management processes that establish clear priorities, execution plans, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and assess opportunities related to third-party integrations, developer enablement, and next-generation intelligence.
• Represent Censys at client meetings, partner interactions, and industry conferences.
• Evaluate success through metrics such as usage, adoption, ARR contribution, customer feedback, and internal alignment.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position managing other product managers.
• Proven track record in building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms, preferably within the cybersecurity or risk intelligence sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of Attack Surface Management (ASM), Internet data, threat intelligence, network discovery, or cloud security posture management.
• Strong technical expertise, including understanding APIs, data pipelines, and architectural trade-offs.
• Proven ability to shape executive strategy through data-driven insights and market narratives.
• History of promoting cross-functional alignment and achieving measurable business results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Exceptional communication skills suited for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Proven capability to recruit, mentor, and retain premier product talent.
• Previous experience in startups or rapidly growing SaaS environments.
• A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and sound judgment in responsibly applying AI.
• Practical knowledge of Internet-scale systems and network protocols, including TLS, DNS, and BGP.
• Experience in integrating AI/ML into cybersecurity or analytics processes.
• Experience in leading product-led growth (PLG) or usage-based monetization strategies.
