Director, Product Management – AI Platform & Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop strategies for creating AI-driven product experiences.

• Oversee the AI platform that facilitates AI functionalities throughout SurveyMonkey’s offerings.

• Direct product strategy for agentic and conversational survey interactions.

• Shape intelligent, automated workflows for survey initiatives.

• Define and implement a multi-phase approach to leverage SurveyMonkey’s data corpus as a competitive edge for customers.

• Create cross-survey intelligence, industry benchmarks, and predictive indicators.

• Manage a team of product managers concentrating on AI platforms and data products.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, LLM infrastructure, and data science teams.

• Maintain a direct connection to the Chief Product Officer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established history of developing an AI/ML platform at scale.

• Experience in delivering agentic products.

• Knowledge of LLM-powered workflows, tool utilization, and autonomous agent design.

• Strong background in data, with its significance at the core of the product value proposition.

• Director-level experience in product management leadership.

• Ideally, experience in a high-growth or platform transformation environment.

• Capability to operate as a peer with VP-level engineering and data science leaders.

• Demonstrated evidence that strategic initiatives have influenced direction changes.

• Must reside in Ontario or Alberta.

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship to work legally in Canada.
