Director, Product Management – AI Platform, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish a comprehensive strategy for SurveyMonkey’s AI platform, agentic product experiences, and data corpus.

• Direct the product strategy for agentic and conversational product domains.

• Determine how intelligent, automated workflows can enhance survey programs.

• Oversee the AI/ML platform layer that enables AI functionalities throughout the product.

• Collaborate closely with LLM infrastructure and data science teams.

• Define and implement a multi-phase strategy to leverage SurveyMonkey’s data corpus as a customer-facing competitive edge.

• Create cross-survey intelligence, industry benchmarks, and predictive signals.

• Lead a team of product managers dedicated to AI platform and data products.

• Partner with Engineering and Data Science leadership.

• Work in close collaboration with the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in developing an AI/ML platform at scale.

• Experience in launching agentic products.

• Familiarity with LLM-powered workflows, tool utilization, and autonomous agent design.

• Strong data-centric background where data played a key role in the product value proposition.

• Director-level experience in product management leadership.

• Capability to function as an equal to VP-level engineering and data science leaders.

• Proven instances where strategic initiatives have altered directions.

• Must reside in one of the specified states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, South Carolina, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
