This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and advocate for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a designated product line.
• Spearhead the development of Evolent's Auth Intelligence platform.
• Identify, collaborate, and create AI agents aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and the clinician experience.
• Provide improved experiences for members, providers, and customers.
• Align engineering, data science, clinical, and customer teams around a unified product vision.
• Work alongside healthcare payer executives, clinical specialists, frontline staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Convert AI models into meaningful, user-facing product features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and assessments based on client feedback.
• Transform business requirements and user needs into product specifications and user stories.
• Lead, mentor, and support product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations from initial concept to post-launch optimization.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Represent Evolent Health at industry events and client meetings.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Promote enterprise adoption of GenAI capabilities.
• Partner with data science leadership to prioritize investments in models and scalable AI platform capabilities.
• Champion AI innovation initiatives, pilots, and proofs of concept.
• Define governance, performance, and adoption metrics for AI-powered products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 7-10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven success in launching and scaling complex software products.
• Strong grasp of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing AI product portfolios and enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with value-based care models, population health management, or payer/provider solutions (preferred).
• Proven experience in delivering and scaling GenAI-powered products in a healthcare or enterprise software context (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, AI strategy, and AI product lifecycle management (preferred).
• Strong history of collaboration with data science, analytics, and engineering teams (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in the healthcare/technology sector (preferred).
• Submission of a government-issued photo ID and identity verification during interviews.
• Comprehensive background check required.
