📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction, development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the Global Travel Collection's travel technology portfolio.

• Supervise the Product Integration organization and ensure the delivery, support, and optimization of corporate travel technology solutions.

• Formulate and implement the strategic roadmap for Product Integration.

• Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and long-term operational strategies.

• Drive organizational change initiatives pertaining to travel technology and digital transformation.

• Sponsor significant technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate Product Integration managers, specialists, and customer support staff.

• Manage workforce planning, staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and departmental performance metrics.

• Provide strategic oversight for SAP Concur, Certify, profile management, online booking, virtual payment, duty of care, and client-facing travel technologies.

• Collaborate on future product enhancements and assess emerging travel technologies.

• Offer executive oversight of Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport+ GDS strategy and integrations.

• Manage GDS vendor relationships, ensuring system stability, scalability, performance, and release testing.

• Oversee client technology implementations from project initiation to production.

• Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of corporate travel technologies.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and serve as the executive escalation point for strategic customer issues.

• Supervise the Product Integration Customer Support Desk, including SLAs, operational metrics, and incident communications.

• Establish enterprise testing methodologies and governance for Quality Assurance.

• Standardize operational processes and documentation, promoting automation.

• Build executive relationships with technology vendors, negotiating priorities and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales on client presentations, technology demonstrations, and business development opportunities.

• Represent Product Integration in executive meetings and cross-functional governance committees.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate travel technology, travel operations, or leadership in travel technology.

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience managing technology, implementation, or product support teams.

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• Experience with Sabre is required.

• Familiarity with Amadeus and Travelport+.

• Extensive background in implementing and supporting corporate travel technologies.

• Experience in leading enterprise technology implementations and managing organizational change initiatives.

• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and strategic technology programs.

• Experience with SAP Concur Travel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Agile, ITIL, or travel technology platforms are considered a plus.

• Advanced understanding of travel technology ecosystems.

• Strong expertise in Global Distribution Systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport+).

• Experience in financial and budget management.

• Proficient in vendor management and contract negotiation.

• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.

• Leadership experience in customer experience and service delivery.
