Director, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for a novel physician accounts receivable solution.

• Balance the needs of customers, operational opportunities, and business goals to achieve measurable results.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, commercial, and executive stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and outline requirements.

• Oversee product releases and ensure the successful adoption of product features.

• Guide product development using agile delivery methodologies.

• Provide vision, direction, acceptance criteria, and make decisions regarding release readiness.

• Identify opportunities to enhance value from existing R37 and healthcare revenue cycle technologies.

• Foster cross-functional relationships and integrate voice-of-customer insights.

• Create product narratives and assist teams in translating strategy into actionable execution.

• Lead the strategy, development, and launch of an AI-driven physician accounts receivable product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Over 8 years of product leadership experience in building and scaling complex technology products.

• Extensive expertise in the healthcare domain.

• Strong preference for experience in revenue cycle management, particularly in physician billing, accounts receivable, patient accounting, or related financial operations.

• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and convert customer insights into successful products that yield measurable business outcomes.

• Strong understanding of Agile product development and cross-functional execution.

• Experience in leading products from concept through to launch and adoption.

• Exceptional skills in influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, and achieving alignment among executive, business, operational, and technical stakeholders.
