This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess both linear and non-linear video as well as digital media investments, focusing on media governance, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations that enhance media efficiency and effectiveness, unlocking value.
• Take ownership of the development and presentation of client deliverables, ensuring clear narratives and visuals.
• Spearhead the creation of insights and recommendations aimed at maximizing media value.
• Act as the primary Insights lead for assigned clients, participating in meetings, presenting findings, and managing follow-up actions.
• Work in collaboration with Client Partners and Account Executives to fulfill client expectations, supporting retention and growth.
• Partner with clients’ agency teams to guarantee smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure workflows and timelines are efficient and effective, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to manage team resources and promote operational excellence.
• Work across various disciplines to deliver integrated insights and recommendations.
• Occasionally assist the Growth team with new business initiatives and RFP responses.
• Oversee and mentor an Associate Director while supporting the development of Senior Consultants and Consultants.
• Over 10 years of experience in omni-channel strategy, investment, or integrated video/digital media.
• In-depth expertise in media investment strategies, implementation practices, and current industry trends.
• An analytical mindset combined with storytelling capabilities; proficient in data interpretation and the development of actionable insights.
• Experience managing large-scale clients with budgets exceeding $100MM USD.
• Proficient with tools such as Mediaocean, Kantar, AdIntel, and MBox.
• Familiarity with alternative currency and measurement partners like VideoAmp, Comscore, iSpot, and Nielsen.
• Experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs) such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Yahoo.
• Knowledgeable in reach/frequency programs and integrated video technology solutions.
• Awareness of third-party ad verification partners.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills; experienced in client-facing communications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing team members ranging from 0 to 9 years of experience.
• Background in Media Planning & Strategy, Integrated Investment, or Marketing Sciences (Data & Analytics).
