This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain solutions for construction initiatives.
• Propel strategic growth through market expansion, client interaction, and positioning of services.
• Manage intricate, high-value construction programs across various sectors.
• Formulate and take ownership of market strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase service penetration.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level client relationships.
• Direct the preparation of bids, the development of proposals, and the execution of commercial negotiations.
• Enhance digital capabilities by integrating technology and data into procurement and supply chain solutions.
• Oversee team performance, set objectives, manage resources, and align with business goals.
• Set performance targets and financial budgets.
• Provide support for procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier assessment, and supply chain intelligence.
• Guide and mentor specialist consultants.
• Promote talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel as necessary to support client interactions and team collaboration across different regions.
• At least ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Established expertise in strategic procurement within both public and private sectors.
• Experience with major capital programs.
• Strong background in consulting with experience managing senior and executive-level client relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract development, supplier assessment, commercial modeling, and negotiation tactics.
• Experience across various sectors.
• Preferred domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Ability to influence client decisions and behaviors in high-risk, high-value situations.
• Skills in strategic thinking, project management, and analytical reasoning.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy.
• Capability to lead teams, manage performance, and facilitate career development.
