Director, Process Improvement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and execution of business process excellence initiatives across the organization.

• Evaluate and resolve process and operational inefficiencies utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.

• Provide leadership and oversight for the implementation processes of business units.

• Ensure compliance with standardized implementation processes across the company.

• Oversee business and program implementations to align with budget, timelines, and contractual obligations.

• Maintain standardized structures for implementation, including organizational structures, team configurations, work breakdown structures, work planning, issue logs, decision logs, change control, and executive reports.

• Contribute insights on operating models, functional and information system models, performance metrics, anticipated outcomes, and planning impacts.

• Facilitate coordination of cross-functional tasks between internal and external stakeholders.

• Relay project status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Mentor project team members and stakeholders to foster and sustain commitment to portfolio objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in process optimization, process improvement, or project management.

• Proficiency in Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies.

• Familiarity with process mapping, process design, and workflow management software and applications.

• Six Sigma/LEAN Certification is highly preferred.
