This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the Flex Pricing Team, which consists of Pricing Managers assigned to various industry verticals based on demand for pursuits.
• Manage pricing initiatives, including intricate global opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Commercial Executives, Product Teams, Service Lines, Business Lines, and Corporate Finance to devise pricing strategies.
• Handle the intake and distribution of pricing requests, assigning Pricing Managers according to deal size, complexity, stage, timing, capacity, and suitability.
• Establish lead and backup coverage, balance workloads, and adjust priorities as necessary.
• Keep an active overview of the team's pipeline to anticipate demand, plan capacity, and identify resource gaps.
• Collaborate with vertical and regional pricing leaders to share resources during peak demand periods.
• Mentor and develop Pricing Managers; recruit, onboard, and integrate new team members.
• Update Sales, Solutions, and Commercial Executive leaders on coverage, status, and capacity.
• Create optimal pricing solutions for clients regarding new business, renewals, expansions, reprices, and final offers.
• Integrate pricing information from various product teams, business lines, service-line SMEs, account management, and pursuit teams.
• Develop service delivery and platform costs, document value propositions, and research benchmarking data.
• Create or supervise detailed profitability and cash flow models for fee structuring and deal approval.
• Lead or take part in client meetings to verify data and clarify responses to RFPs.
• Provide profitability assessments and fee modeling, pricing templates, benchmarking and assumptions, risk identification, RFP exhibits, schedules, and deal approval documents.
• Manage pricing transitions and educate account and client onboarding teams.
• Promote ongoing enhancements of pricing tools, intake and allocation systems, pipeline tracking, and capacity management tools.
• Advocate for AI-driven pricing technologies and cloud-based models.
• Enhance the firm's pricing estimations and savings opportunity capabilities.
• Uphold reporting and compliance standards.
• Cultivate in-depth expertise in asset-based pricing and facilities management operational expense estimation, and disseminate that knowledge across the team.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of pricing or finance professionals, including distributing and balancing work across multiple concurrent pursuits.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an intuitive understanding of deal-making and profitability drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with pricing tools and AI-driven analytics.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Familiarity with Work Dynamics business lines and service delivery.
• Knowledge of facility management operations and service delivery.
• Capable of managing several pursuits at once while overseeing the broader team portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the confidence to present pricing to senior leaders, deal review boards, and clients.
• Self-sufficient worker with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities, emphasizing resourcefulness.
• Innovative thinker and self-starter, with the personal focus, energy, and leadership capabilities to propel projects forward.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related area.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or commercial roles within real estate, facilities management, or other business-to-business services.
