This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more country.
• Lead and establish the sales engineering and solutions architecture team.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain sales engineers and solutions architects.
• Define the pre-sales operating model and create discovery frameworks, reference architectures, TCO/benchmark models, POV playbooks, demo and benchmark environments, and RFP response libraries.
• Set technical quality benchmarks and conduct enablement on GPU architecture, networking, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with Account Executives as the technical lead on strategic and enterprise opportunities from discovery to technical close.
• Conduct qualification using MEDDPICC or a similar methodology.
• Design solutions encompassing compute, networking, storage, and orchestration.
• Generate sizing, capacity plans, and TCO comparisons.
• Create and manage proofs of concept and proofs of value, including benchmarks and success criteria.
• Provide product and capacity requirements to product, platform, and supply/capacity planning teams.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA field and partner ecosystem on reference architectures and joint pursuits.
• Shape product roadmap and packaging based on insights from the field.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure managing or deploying distributed training and/or production inference workloads.
• Practical knowledge of data pipelines, distributed training, fine-tuning, serving, interconnect, memory bandwidth, I/O, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with PyTorch, NCCL, CUDA-level concepts, containers, and schedulers.
• Extensive understanding of NVIDIA Hopper and Blackwell platforms, including H100/H200, GB200 NVL72, B200-class systems, Grace-Hopper, DGX, HGX, and MGX.
• Knowledge of NVLink/NVSwitch, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, and DPUs.
• Insight into NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Triton/TensorRT-LLM, Base Command, Run:ai, GPU orchestration, and NGC.
• Comprehension of NVIDIA Cloud Partner dynamics and co-selling strategies.
• Proven track record in supporting complex B2B deals with 6–18+ month cycles and substantial ACV/TCV.
• Capability to navigate ML/infra, platform engineering, procurement, finance, security, and executive stakeholders.
• Skill in constructing and defending TCO/ROI models against hyperscaler and on-premises alternatives.
• Established leadership in sales engineering or solutions architecture teams, including hiring, development, process, and enablement.
• Preferred: experience in selling GPU cloud, HPC, or specialized infrastructure.
• Preferred: knowledge of Kubernetes, GPU operators/device plugins, Slurm, multi-cluster management, and virtualized GPU/KubeVirt patterns.
• Preferred: understanding of storage-for-AI, data center economics, and familiarity with sovereign, regulated, or government AI buyers.
